Use the clipart inside PLR products.
You may include loose PNGs in PLR that you sell to your customers.
Sell clipart as-is on your own website.
You can offer the images as clipart in your own personal shop.
Modify or bundle the clipart.
You may resize, recolor, remix, or combine it with other art.
You may create new bundles as long as they are not identical to the original pack.
Sell the clipart pack in the same form I provide it.
Example: If you receive a set of 20 snowmen, you cannot sell a pack titled “20 Snowmen Clipart” using the same images.
You may use those images inside other products, larger bundles of clipart, PLR, or any flattened design, but not as the same standalone pack.
Sell clipart as-is on platforms that forbid it.
Some marketplaces (including Etsy, Creative Fabrica, TpT, and Gumroad) restrict selling unmodified clipart packs.
You are responsible for following each platform’s policies.
Pass on PLR or MRR rights to your customers.
Only Clipart to Cash members receive PLR and MRR. Your customers do not.
Your customers may receive:
• Personal Use Rights, or
• Commercial Use Rights for finished, flattened products only.
Important: PLR Flattening Rule
Because members may include loose PNGs in PLR products:
• You may include loose clipart in your PLR.
• Your PLR customer must flatten the clipart in their final product before selling it.
• End customers should never receive loose PNGs or editable artwork.
Example:
You sell a PLR planner containing loose clipart.
Your customer edits it.
They sell a flattened PDF or image file.
Their buyer cannot extract any PNGs.
All allowed.
You may not use Clipart to Cash artwork to create a competing:
• membership
• club
• vault
• subscription product
• recurring-download product
If one of your customers wants PLR or MRR rights to the clipart you used, you do not have to turn them away.
Share your affiliate link.
If they join Clipart to Cash through you, they receive the same rights you have, and you earn a generous commission.
This keeps the license clean and gives you an extra income stream at the same time.
