Clipart & Backgrounds & Alphabets

You Can:

Create products you sell.
Journals, planners, cards, invitations, templates, printables, worksheets, and more.
Sell your finished products anywhere including POD.
Use the clipart, backgrounds, or alphabets to create products you sell with PLR rights as long as the product has significant value beyond the clipart alone.

You Cannot:

Sell or give away the clipart, backgrounds, or alphabets.
Pass on PLR or MRR rights to your customers.
Resell the clipart, backgrounds or alphabet as a stand-alone PLR product. The PLR product they are included in must have significant value beyond the clipart, backgrounds, or alphabets themselves.
Sell PLR products containing this clipart, backgrounds or alphabets on asset marketplaces or membership sites such as but not limited to Creative Market, Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles or your own membership.
Claim copyright to the clipart, backgrounds, or alphabets or transfer rights.

Your PLR customers may receive:

Personal Use Rights, or Commercial Use Rights for finished, flattened products only.

Important: PLR Flattening Rule

You may include loose clipart in your PLR.
Your PLR customer must flatten the clipart in their final product before selling it.
End customers should never receive loose PNGs or editable artwork.

Example:

Sally (this is you) makes a PLR products that has significant value beyond the clipart such as journals planners workbooks etc.

Betty buys this from Sally and she must modify Sally's product with at least one change (you set the rules for changes beyond that) and then Betty must sell the final product as a flattened version.

Important:

If you want your customers to resell their products as PLR, you need the Extended PLR Use license assets.
